Personal Autonomy
Every individual has the right to make decisions about their own life, free from undue interference by the state or private actors.
Digital Privacy
Citizens have the right to a private digital life — their communications, browsing, and personal data belong to them alone.
Data Protection
Personal data must be collected only with informed consent, stored securely, and never sold or misused without explicit permission.
Freedom of Expression
Open debate and the free exchange of ideas are the lifeblood of a democratic society — and must be vigorously defended.
Right to Be Forgotten
Individuals have the right to request the removal of personal information from digital records when it is no longer relevant or accurate.
Protection from State Overreach
Government surveillance, mass data collection, and disproportionate restrictions on civil liberties must be challenged and curtailed.
